Designed for mounting the Single/Double Pole or Telescopic Pole (Cluster Umbrellas) into the ground or building into newly poured concrete. This item includes an underground section to be concreted, a top section to mount the pole over, and a cover-up cap useful off season (top section can be taken off when not in use to eliminate tripping hazard).
