Our Longfellow side chair is made of plantation teak with an iron frame. Plantation grown teak shows differences between the pale blond sapwood and darker heartwood that can create a dramatic and unique striped effect. Teak naturally produces oils and resins that help it resist elemental wear and tear making it ideal for high use applications.
